We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unused and unopened products. Customers can only return items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, perishable goods and expired items may not be returned and or exchanged. Sale items can’t be refunded and or exhanged. Items will only be replaced and or exhanged if they are defective or damaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After receiving your request for a return and or exhange, we will determine whether your request is approved or denied for a refund and or an exchange. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for both their returns and or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the return and or exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes to receive the exchanged item depends on the location of the customer’s residence and the shipment method they request to receive their item.
Because we are not the delivery carrier company we work with, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For more expensive items being returned and or exhanged, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Any canceled order before shipment will be charged a service fee of 3.5% plus 30 cents. If there’s any canceled order after shipment was done, no money will be refunded.
