Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not mark our acceptance of your order, nor does it comprise confirmation of your order or our offer to sell. Without prior notice, we reserve the right to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.
For all types of payment, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit. We are not accountable if your financial institution refuses to accept/honor the payment on your behalf. At our discretion, we may require that any order placed over a certain amount of dollars receive our pre-approval. Additional information or verification may also be required before accepting any order.
Typographical Errors:
If a product is listed with incorrect information or a wrong price due to a mistake-typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products whether or not the order has been confirmed and your method of payment has been charged. If you were charged and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit/refund to your original method of payment.
Product availability:
Our Product availability is not guaranteed, as such items may not always be available for prompt delivery. As such, without liability or prior notice, we reserve the right to discontinue, revise, cancel, and or cease your order inorder assure availability of any or all of our products.
Shipping and Delivery:
Customer online orders are shipped everyday after 3 pm, except for Weekends and Holidays. Shipment via FEDEX Courier can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Courier can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Once your order has been processed, shipment time will be determined. Due to high demand, order processing may take 2 to 3 business days.
Yalda Markets is not liable for any shipping issues and shall not be held accountable for any reasonable delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Our timely delivery does not apply for shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond FEDEX’s control, including but not limited to the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of shipment, delays caused by the consignee, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network such as weather phenomena, and natural disasters. Payment:
All products selected to be purchased will be charged in US Dollars. Taxes on non-food items may be charged based on the shipping address. Payment by Check or Money order is not accepted.
International Policy:
We do not ship outside the USA-Canada.
